I loved the ornament. The only complaint I have is it was hard to read the names in person. The ornament was smaller than I thought. Love how you can customize everything.

I was really thrilled to find this ornament online. First, it is the ONLY personalized ornament company I have found that will let you choose different skin colors within a family. That was absolutely amazing, and I can actually represent my family accurately. The only issue I have with it, is that it is kind of dark, and you can't see the details really well. For example, you can't see the names on our sweaters. That was a bit disappointing, but honestly, the ability to choose our skin colors more than makes up for it.

Both my husband and I really liked it. Only complaint I can give is it is a little hard to read because of the size.
