Great product, shipping a joke.

There is nothing wrong with the product but the fact that this website says 'shipping in the US is 2-8 days' is laughable. After 2 weeks i was constantly contacting customer service via email as there is no phone number! The tracking system just said ' In Transit' for days. I finally got my sign almost a month later. Maybe the shipping time should say 28 days? 5 stars for the product, one star for the shipping and customer support.
